There are many swimming spots along the shoreline hiking trail between Eichhorst and Altenhof on Lake Werbellin, especially here, not far from Altenhof. Some of the most beautiful spots are lined up here. The area where a headland juts out into the lake, offering a bit of privacy off the trail, is traditionally very popular. The marked swimming spot is just a short distance away.

The wooden bridge, built in 2001, spans the Werbellin Canal between Eichhorst and Lake Werbellin. On the right side, toward the lake, there are a few beautiful trails.

The lake is a lovely destination. There are cycle paths that run directly along the shore, and you will also find plenty of places to stop for refreshments and places to swim.
