In summer the lake is dry, but there is a good chance of seeing wild horses at the nearby springs.

From here you have a great view of Tuili.

The horses are totally relaxed and continue to graze even when you walk past. Of course, you should keep an appropriate distance from the animals.

We were there in May and everything was blooming and the smell was amazing 🤩

The short detour is definitely worth it 👍

Of course, there were no flowers left in the fall. But the path is beautiful, and the Parco della Giara is always worth a visit. On another visit in April, the entire plateau was in beautiful bloom. And all those scents!
