アイゼンベルクツアーの一環としてここを通り抜けました。村の中心部の小高い丘の上に建つ美しい教会です。38段の階段を上ると、休憩できる場所がいくつかある高原に出ます。すぐ近くには、戦没者記念碑やその他の休憩場所、そして村の広場にある石造りの井戸とペスト記念碑もあります。

A charming chapel stands at the crossroads below the cemetery. There are also a few benches nearby for resting.

The airfield in Punitz extends to this point. From here you also have a nice view of the airfield facilities. And occasionally, one or two aircraft will roar overhead :)

Parts of the castle wall and some outlines are visible. Unfortunately, that's all you can see of the castle itself, as it's privately owned (i.e., private property). However, events are regularly held on the castle grounds. The entrance ticket then essentially grants you the chance to see more of the castle.

In recent years, visiting this place has become a mixed bag. The food can be good, but it's not always guaranteed. The restaurant has changed hands frequently, and each owner tries something different. And that doesn't always work. But the good news is: coffee and a beachy vibe are always available in the summer.

Unlike the front fish pond, this one is much smaller, but also more natural. Ducks and swans often congregate here. A particularly lovely spot in summer.

Here you'll find a small stone circle and a bench for resting. At the right time of day, it's even shaded by the trees :)
