A beautiful alpine pasture with delicious regional dishes. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the Brenta Dolomites.

The Rifugio Città di Lissone is located at 2,020 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Adamè Valley, in the Adamello Regional Park, in the municipality of Saviore dell’Adamello (BS). It is a much-loved destination for hikers, families and mountaineers, thanks to its spectacular location at the foot of the Adamello and the ease of access from Malga Lincino (about 1 hour's walk, 400 m of altitude difference). Originally an ENEL building, it was used as a barracks during the White War and transformed into a refuge by the CAI of Lissone in the 1970s. After a fire in 1986, it was rebuilt and reopened in 1991. Today it offers 70 beds, cuisine with local products (including from nearby Malga Adamè), and a warm welcome from the managers, both ski mountaineering instructors. The refuge is a starting point for: excursions towards Corno di Grevo (also via ferrata), crossings towards Rifugio Baita Adamè, historical explorations along the paths of the Great War.

The farm on the mountain is a great stop. The owner is super nice and also lets you charge your batteries. Of course you should also try the specialties like the apple juice, which was super tasty. I don't think I need to spoil the view from there, except that it looks unreal, just like the whole tour.

I ate at the refuge and was able to recharge there. Funnily enough, I asked a hiker for directions, who sent me toward Dimaro via the Passo de Contrabandierie, saying, "Quite steep but possible." I cursed the guy at least 1,000 times on the climb. 27 kg bike, 15 kg bag. It wasn't fun, more like a near-death experience. The only way to get there was with the bike lying on the bag. Dangerous: 6/10 Was it a thrill? Damn it, and I'll take the wrong path again.

Passo Paradiso is easily reachable with the facilities of the Adamello ski area, both in winter and summer. To get here, in the season when the green meadows color the mountain slopes, you can, in fact, take advantage of the Paradiso cable car. Here, a magnificent view of the reliefs of the Presena glacier surrounds you. You can set off for beautiful walks and on your return you can refresh yourself at the refuge of the same name not far from the cable car arrival point.

The Stavel "Francesco Denza" refuge is located just below the north face of the Presanella peak. This, with its 3,558 meters of altitude, is the highest mountain in Trentino. The refuge presents many aspects of historical interest relating to the First World War and has a large dining room and numerous beds. Next to the refuge there is also a welcoming bivouac.

Amazing views, for me it was an introduction to an expedition in the mountains
