Impressive church that stands out at the passage

Protected passage on this long bridge that crosses the Torre.

The thousand-year-old Abbey, whose origins are still unclear, has represented in the past and continues to represent today, especially thanks to its geographical location, a point of connection between East and West, where different cultures can meet and dialogue. Built around the year 1000, the abbey church is in Romanesque style and is dedicated to St. Peter the Apostle. It bears the signs of renovations over time, and architectural elements dating back to different eras (early medieval, 16th-century, and 19th-century) can be found.

The Tellini trail starts to the right of a bend in Via Rieppi where there's a sign. The first stretch continues fairly straight, then, if you like, turns left to climb the Buttrio hill shortly after Villa Melsi (the photos actually show the upper end). The uphill section is a bit gravelly, so it's best to have wide tires.

The Church of Orsaria, a beautiful building thanks to its steps leading up to it, is located on the road leading from the same village to Manzano.
