The view of Lake Pera from Sella Sissanis, the crossing of the Creta Bordaglia scree slope, the Giramondo Pass, and then the pearl of Lake Bordaglia—all in one loop—is a delight. The trail is always well-marked and very popular, but it's not for everyone; a minimum level of fitness is required.

The hardest hill in Europe, a title that may not correspond to the absolute truth, but which was not assigned by chance; probably the hardest climb ever faced by the Great Cycling.
