The water flow of the Rio Ceda which gives life to the waterfall is not always constant and depends greatly on the rainfall regime. Sometimes it is reduced to a drip of a little water.

The Adamello Brenta Natural Park has an exceptional wealth of animals thanks to the ecological integrity and diversity of its territory. In the area there are all the characteristic species of the Alps, among which the brown bear stands out, an animal symbol of the park reached the brink of extinction and is now being expanded through a special reintroduction process. Apart from the other “large carnivores” (wolves and lynxes), foxes, badgers, martens, stoats and weasels are widespread.

Lake Molveno is truly spectacular for everyone! The tour of the lake with an extension to the small lake of Nembia is very beautiful and pleasant.

The climb over the Bärenpass that follows is not exactly easy, as it is very steep. During the week it is godforsaken, wonderfully isolated in the forest, but the climb from here up to the Bärenpass is no child's play.
