Super beautiful city, a must visit and not as crowded as Verona or Vicenza.

The Preara fort was built during the second half of the nineteenth century and was part of the defensive system of Verona. It was nicknamed "Fort Werk John", in honor of the Austrian general Franz von John.

Villa Buri, Spolverini, Bernini Buri is a Venetian villa in Verona. It is located in Bosco Buri, in the San Michele Extra district. It is a monumental complex made up of the patronal house, the chapel, the cottages, the stables, the stables, the farmer's house, the barchessa, surrounded by 300 hectares of countryside and an English park largely planted with exotic trees. which, from the banks of the Adige river, extends for approximately 25 hectares.

The park offers refreshments (a bar inside the villa and a kiosk at the entrance) and in summer there is normally also an ice cream vendor at the entrance. You can picnic and completely relax.

Exceptional campsite in the middle of a castle ruin. Due to the limited space, there are hardly any mobile homes, but there are many pitches for tents. Ideal accommodation for cyclists with tents and backpackers. You have to climb a few meters from the city to get to the campsite, but you have a wonderful view over the city.

The white wine of the same name, Soave, is named after the city. The place is said to have been founded around 500 AD by a tribe of the Suevi, from which the place name is derived. However, the area had already been inhabited during Roman times and was located on the important Roman road Via Postumia. The castle was first mentioned in documents in the 10th century. It belonged to the Sanbonifacio of Verona and passed to the Scaligeri in the 13th century. In the years that followed, Soave and its castle changed hands several times.

A very beautiful, tranquil little town with a few sights. A worthwhile destination for a tour or a detour off the main route. You can linger a while in this place, there is a lot to discover! It's worth it!
