山に寄り添う中世の旧市街、ゴシック様式のカテドラル（もう一つの見どころ）から始まる19世紀後半の美しい遊歩道、広々とした近代的なエリア、そしていくつかの歴史的な見どころがある美しい街。絶対に訪れるべきです。

サルーゾ大聖堂、ゴシック建築が素晴らしく、サルーゾの中心部の通りにあり、その通り自体も絶対に訪れるべき小さな宝石箱です。

Saluzzo, the ancient capital of the Marquisate, is a medieval Piedmontese village located at the foot of Monviso. Its historic center fascinates with cobbled streets, suggestive squares, narrow stairways, ancient churches and elegant noble palaces with well-kept gardens. The city offers a lively cultural scene, with events, concerts, exhibitions, cinema, theater and festivals that enliven the local calendar. Furthermore, Saluzzo is renowned for its food and wine tradition, with numerous restaurants where you can taste the typical recipes of the local cuisine, famous for the "Slow Food" movement. A visit to Saluzzo allows you to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of times gone by, discovering the beauty and authenticity of this corner of Piedmont.

The ancient village of Saluzzo is gorgeous. Narrow cobbled streets between historic buildings lead up to Castilla, the fortress/castle that towers over the city, a bit like the Spielberg towers over Brno (ironically). A must visit.

For over four centuries, Saluzzo was the capital of the marquisate of the same name and is one of the best preserved medieval cities in Piedmont and a bishopric. At the foot of Monviso, at the mouth of the Po, Bronda and Varaita valleys, lies the Monviso Park. Saluzzo offers its visitors a rich program of cultural and sporting events and the historic city center is definitely worth a visit, with its countless bars and restaurants offering something for everyone.

With the old town on the left, stretching up the hill and definitely worth a visit, this street leads through the lively city center, with numerous adjacent bars and cafes. On Saturday mornings you should avoid this road, at least by bike, because the weekly market takes place here, highly recommended, but on foot;)

A small jewel, worthy of its history as the capital of the Marquisate of Saluzzo. Noteworthy is the Cathedral of Maria Vergine Assunta, a late 15th century building in late Gothic style. Corso Italia, pedestrianized, is a favor, full of beautiful architecture, to be strolled and enjoyed calmly. You really feel the story.
