Melfi, in Basilicata, boasts a rich medieval past having been the first Norman capital in southern Italy and residence of Frederick II, who promulgated the Constitutions of Melfi here. The city is home to the famous Melfi Castle, built by the Normans and witness to significant historical events. Today, Melfi retains its historical and architectural charm, with traces of different dominations that have marked its history.

Lavello, located in the Vulture-Melfese in Basilicata, rises in the middle valley of the Ofanto river. Characterized by an ancient origin, the town is home to the historic church of Sant'Anna, built in the 16th century and full of works of art. The territory preserves traces of Roman thermal buildings and early Christian burial grounds.

A small fountain located in the municipality of Rionero but known as "the Barile fountain". It is located between the 2 municipalities and was restored a few years ago thanks to the good will of local artists and poets (from Rionero and Barile). The water is drinkable and delicious, it's a must to fill your water bottle 😉

Bovino in the province of Foggia is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The historic center is very characteristic, with narrow alleys and stone houses, and its most important monument is the Cathedral, which mixes different styles and has a wooden choir with mysterious symbols.
