Nothing special here - just a place where all of the wood paths meet. Couple of headless statues on the North, and a path towards the museum to the south. Reasonably clean toilets.

"Giant of Capodimonte", dating back to the second century after Christ. The statue, depicting a man with a basket, belonged to the Farnese Collection, which arrived in Naples towards the end of the eighteenth century. It was used around 1763 by Ferdinando Fuga, architect of the Capodimonte wood, to decorate the main avenue.

The name is quite suggestive ... and in fact, crossing it you almost come out into another dimension, made up of avenues and paths between the historic forest of the palace
