Heuchlingen Castle is a Baroque gem with a rich history! Originally built as a castle in the 12th century, it was destroyed several times – for example, in the Town War of 1449 and the Peasants' War of 1525 – and later rebuilt by the Teutonic Order as a Renaissance and Baroque palace. It is only open to the public on special occasions, such as "Open Monument Day."

Super delicious ice cream, delicious cakes, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Very friendly staff. The café is definitely worth a visit. The farm shop also has a lot to offer.
