A beautiful castle, picturesquely situated in a park-like setting and surrounded by moats, which gives it the name "water castle". It is a Renaissance building, built in the 16th century. The architecture of the castle as well as the surrounding landscape make it a popular destination for visitors interested in history and architecture.

Actually a nice cycle path, but not for a racing bike. This section is mostly tarred (5m not), unfortunately not before or after. There is also an inconspicuous curve that is quite narrow.

Coming from Wasserburg there is a very nice, long descent and it is far enough away from the main road so that it doesn't bother you.

This is a nice alternative to Grüntegernbach, hardly any traffic and yet very well developed. Of course there is also a hill, but the descent at the end ends on the main road, so unfortunately you have to brake down.
