The Buchen Chapel is probably the most famous building in the municipality of Brünisried in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. It stands idyllically in a forest in Oberholz and was first mentioned in documents in 1586. It is dedicated to Saint Anthony.

At the Schlossweid there are seating areas around several fireplaces for grilling the cervelat 😉😋 and is also very popular for a visit at sunset to stop time for a moment and enjoy 👍🏻😊

There is a fountain

30 years ago this was the old Sensefest place. At that time there was still an unpaved road along the Sense from Rufenen to this place, but it was completely swept away after several storms. A hiking trail, the Sense further away, was then redesigned. Today it is also increasingly home to the small, completely harmless smooth snake (information board).

ビーバーダムがデュチュバッハ川を堰き止め、ゼーゼ川に合流する直前まで水を溜めています。その結果できた森林湖は、近年急速に大きくなりました。2020年末まではハイキングコース上に時折ぬかるんだ場所がありましたが、2021年にはその場所を乾いた状態で渡るための木製の遊歩道が建設されました。遊歩道の少し上流では、湖はすでにハイキングコースにまで達しています。ハイキングコースをさらに約600メートル遡ると、別のビーバーダムが形成されています。今回は道の反対側にあります。
