Although it's right next to the hiking trail, this spot, with its bench, is actually a great place for hiking. You'll probably find peace and quiet anyway, as we were practically alone at the lake on our hike.

The idea of the forest and tree spirits was initiated by the local local history society. At the end of our hike, we met the "Mother of the Tree Spirits," a super-nice lady who has been creating these figures in her free time for many years, helping the trail continue to grow. Awesome dedication!

We also used this spot for swimming. It actually offers a bit more space. The entry into the water is shallow, and the water is wonderfully clean. Both humans and dogs had a blast 😎
