Even if you don't always see the water, its music accompanies you the whole time. The views through the trees of the waterfalls and pools are magnificent. In summer, it's a great place to cool off and enjoy nature. Now in October, the sun no longer reaches the valley, so it's shady and cold, but it's still a beautiful sight.

The church, dedicated to Saint Ambrose, stands in the upper part of the village and was first mentioned in the 15th century. The current building, in late Baroque style, is the work of Tommaso Colonetti from Balerna. The foundations of the bell tower date back to an earlier date. The paintings on the façade are modern, with the exception of a fragment of a fresco depicting Saint Christopher on the right, created in 1718. The main portal, framed by ashlars, dates from the 16th century, as does the fresco of the Nativity in the lunette. The ornate side entrance probably dates from the 16th century. The polygonal chapel contains 17th-century Rococo-style stucco work, as does a wooden statue of the Virgin Mary from the same period. The paintings, depicting scenes from the life of the patron saint, date from the 19th century.

At the height of the Ripiano Alp, the Riale di Moleno creates natural pools where you can cool off among the rocks smoothed by the transparent and fresh waters.
