There is another chapel in Dillhäuser Weg Mengerskirchen at the entrance to the village, which is dedicated to the Holy Mary with Child.

The chapel made of red bricks is located below the Zimberg Dillhäuser Weg Mengerskirchen.

Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet when there is not so much activity on the campsite

Great place on the inlet side

In front of the remains of the walls of the Chapel of Our Lady, between two trees, there is an older wayside shrine and a memorial cross from the 18th century.

Pond or lake? The water was dammed in 1452. The shallow bank is covered with trees and bushes, and you can only enter the water from the beach on the western bank.

This wooden cross dates back to a time when there was no GPS and everyone travelled on foot or in carriages. They were important for orientation and were therefore often erected on the main traffic routes.
