On Hærvejen there are few places to stop for refreshments, so it is a pleasure to visit Vrads Købmandshandel. A group of volunteers runs this special shop. Here you can buy a wide variety of beers and teas or local specialties or just have a coffee and admire the museum-like interior. Vrads Købmandshandel is known as "Danmark's most hyggeligig købmand"

The line is an approx. 5 km long section of the Horsens-Bryrup-Silkeborg Railway, which was closed in 1968. The journey goes from Bryrup through a wooded area past the lakes Kvindsø, Kulsø and Snabe Igelsø to Vrads train station. A very nice ride, which is rightly called "Denmark's most beautiful railway".
