Many people say: It's a stupid place. I think Fürstenwerder is great. I make an effort to cycle there every year.

If you stand at the boulder and read the interesting information about Reinhard Barby, you have left the viewpoint behind you. No need for this great tip.

Massive and great observation tower with a wonderful view of the valleys. It is particularly beautiful to see when the flowers are in bloom.

The view over the Haussee is sensational and from there there are several hiking trails that take you to really beautiful places.

Very nice view from the Reiherberg towards Feldberg - especially in the morning and evening light. A short walk from the "Am farm" camping site, partly along small forest paths (attention: there are some trees that you have to climb over).

The way from the north (we came) was reasonably easy to find. We had our problems with the continuation to the south, since no path can be seen or signposted through the forest. Also, the path is not used that much that you could recognize it as such ... (but looking at the cell phone and 200 m navigation only with the app, you can also find your way back to civilization through blackberries and over fallen trees. .. ;-))

The water is clear. If you are looking for peace and quiet, the Luzinersee is the right place for you. It's not that crowded. You can paddle wonderfully without hectic on the lake. Very nice kiosk operators stop off at the ferry.

History to touch and a great cafe right behind it.
