The idyllic Goppmann spring is located in the forest between Aurach and Elbersroth. The spring was named after a former caretaker from the area. The way to the spring is signposted, but access on the way is only permitted for forestry operations. A few meters next to the path there is a parking space on the opposite side of the road.
