In our modern lives, however, we usually shield ourselves from these healthy stimuli and therefore become sensitive and susceptible to illness. In order to train the body's defenses, we should spend as much time outdoors as possible and consciously expose our bodies to the climate. The Hochtaunus Healing Climate Park is ideal for this. It consists of a system of measured paths with variable and different climatic conditions. Find the paths that suit your physical constitution and the current climate. charms of nature The Hochtaunus Healing Climate Park includes the health resorts of Königstein im Taunus and Falkenstein as well as a 20 square kilometer forest area, which is only interrupted by a short connecting road to the Großer Feldberg.
