This facility is not a playground, but a sports facility with the risk of serious injury when practicing this sport. • Pedestrians or any other use of the tracks is prohibited. • Therefore, the facility may only be used by experienced users aged 10 and older. • Parental consent is required for children and young people under 18 years of age to use the facility. • The facility may only be used with technically sound mountain bikes, BMX bikes, or similar vehicles (powered vehicles, including electric ones, are strictly prohibited). • Appropriate protective clothing (for head, elbows, and knees) must be worn at all times. • Maintain a safe distance from users ahead. • Stopping on the track is prohibited. • Use is prohibited during heavy rain, muddy tracks, snow, and ground frost. • The facility may only be used from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and not after sunset. The facility may only be used from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. • Each driver is fully liable for accidents caused by them, in accordance with Section 823 of the German Civil Code (BGB). • Visible defects in the facility must be reported to the City of Hofheim. Extension of the Kelsterbacher Terrace, in this section the height is already increasing. Eastern section very steep and high.
