A highlight of my tour. The last few meters are a nature reserve, however, and cycling is prohibited. It's best to just leave your bikes down by the information boards and climb the last few meters on foot; it's definitely worth it.

Very interesting, the formation of the Ries is well described here and you can clearly see the force in the different rocks. There are also lots of interesting things for children, in certain places you can knock stones or solve a memory game.

Enjoy the view or take a break at the Otto Rehlen Hut. The place is wonderful for relaxing and unwinding
