The Jewish cemetery in Aufhausen, a district of Bopfingen, was probably established around 1560. The cemetery is located below the Schenkenstein Castle ruins, on the street of the same name, directly adjacent to the municipal cemetery. It is a protected cultural monument.

Located between the hiking car park and the wildlife refuge, it is a good place to do a few exercises. A few examples on the board provide good orientation. This is used by different generations. In the shade there is another long "wooden bench" with a wonderful view towards Lauchheim & Kapfenburg.
