The Willekensberg is a nature reserve and a hill, characterized by sunken roads. The hill offers views of the Demer and Zwarte Beek valleys. The summit of the Willekensberg is approximately sixty meters above sea level. At this highest point in the municipality is the Chapel of the Beukeboom. This place was already mentioned in 1770 under the name 'Willekensbosch'. After 1945, the hill was planted with conifers for the production of mining timber, but was gradually converted into deciduous forest after the area came into the possession of Natuurpunt. Nice and hilly walking area.

This piece of singletrack in Lummen is perfect for a fast, technical challenge through an atmospheric forest. The path leads you through the trees and over a small bridge, which makes it a fun and playful segment for MTB'ers.

Hollow road completely washed out due to heavy rain in spring 2024, dangerous in the descent, suitable for mountain bike and experienced gravel biker. Quite dark due to the shade trees along this road.
