After leaving the beautiful Lake Mis behind, the gorge narrows and the road gains a little height, passing through successive galleries and tunnels dug directly into the rock. It's a wonderful place that rivals the Sottoguda Gorge on the climb to Marmolada.

Very worth seeing, you have to see it

Mount Civetta, at 3,220 meters above sea level, is the highest peak in the Zoldo Dolomites. From here the panoramic view is endless: hundreds of peaks, valleys and forests intermingle creating a unique postcard. On clear days you can even see the tops of the Austrian Alps.

The cross of Mount Fertazza is located on a promontory that reaches 2101 meters above sea level. From here there is a spectacular 360-degree view: the Alleghe lake, the imposing Civetta mountain, the Marmolada - the highest peak of the Dolomites -, Pelmo mountain, Punta Sorapiss, the Fiorentina valley... The sensation is indescribable.
