Lake which together with Lago Profondo originated together with Portonovo, due to a landslide on Mount Conero. Quite marshy, a wooden walkway goes around it and allows you to observe the birds that swim there. A few steps from the pier, it is worth stopping by even just going towards the sea.

Wild beach reachable on foot from an unpaved and quite steep downhill road. Athletic shoes and not flip flops are recommended for the route. Arriving at the beach, the sea is beautiful, clear water and there is ample space where you can camp. Definitely a beach to see at least once if you go to that area.

Splendid free beach with a wild charm in the northern part of Ancona dominated by the majestic mountainous scenery of the Conero. It is made up of fine gravel, Mezzavalle has a bar / restaurant but no establishments. It is forbidden to camp and light fires.

Visiting Portonovo in spring or at the end of summer really has something magical ... very few people, practically zero cars and the climb from the beaches to the lookout is short but beautiful, full of beautiful views where you can stop to take pictures.

Portonovo bay is a must, one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. Not to be missed!
