クプラモンターナのL’Eremo dei Frati Bianchi（グロッティとしても知られる）は、深い自然の渓谷にあり、砂岩に部分的に掘り込まれています。非常によく手入れされており、訪れる価値は十分にあります。この小道は誰にでも適しています。

The Vernino Cave extends for 300 meters and is one of the hiking caves in the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi area. Access is free, requiring no speleological equipment other than a helmet and headlamp. The first 80-100 meters are easy to explore, but after that, you need to be very careful where you walk; some sections are steep and quite slippery. You might even encounter some 🦇🦇

Suggestive cave, relatively easy to explore, but headlamp and helmet are mandatory. Some passages require a lot of attention, in general the ground is slippery

Well preserved! A few years ago they were even renovating some parts. Well-kept garden and grounds. Behind the hermitage there are geological formations due to erosion in the sandstone rock. There is a well hidden in a kind of cave. I would say everything to explore. Suitable for everyone, even children.

The Vernino cave is located in the upper part of the valley of the same name. There is a good network of easy, well-marked paths, the vegetation reigns supreme. The only small exposed section is located above the cave, towards the top of Mount Murano, not recommended if wet. It is a south-facing valley, generally hot, not recommended in summer, but in other seasons it is certainly worth a visit.
