If the trail is blocked by cows just walk up to them and shout, they just moved away (slowly) a bit and we were able to pass. They were not aggressive at all.

The Naranch Trail gets straight to the point pretty quickly. It shows its challenging side right from the start.

actually an easy trail, but when it is wet there are some passages across the rock that are slippery like soap

An enduro bike can't hurt, but unlike what is stated here, it is by no means a must. A good mountain biker could also ride it with a hardtail. It goes without saying that the rear end will regularly come into contact with the rear tire.
