Beautiful bike path through the valley.

Not for me uphill, but downhill it's really fun. A beautiful natural trail.

All trails on this mountain are good.

It's not that flat.

A cute holiday destination with so much recreational value, both summer and winter.

A beautiful trail, probably the most scenic in my opinion, with plenty of wooden elements in the forest. It definitely requires a lot of pedaling, but that shouldn't be a problem for those who are reasonably fit. I find it much easier than the Spin Trail, which is categorized as blue, but I'd rate it the other way around.

Not open to the public. The Ötzi Bike Academy opens its grounds for free training only on Mondays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., but courses are also held during these times.

The entire downhill trail is marked. The Montesole / Sunny Benny Trail in the Vinschgau Valley is called the most beautiful trail in the Alps. This tour, which is accessible almost year-round, leads through the rugged cultural landscape of the Sonneneberg in the Vinschgau. It can be reached either by the St. Martin cable car or by road from Kastelbell. At certain times, bikes are transported by train, and passenger transport is provided hourly. The stunning panoramic view of the Nörderberg and the surrounding glaciers guarantees a unique bike tour. After one kilometer on asphalt, hiking trail no. 9 turns into the first warming root section. After another short stretch of asphalt, the main part of the route begins at the Birchaböden, over flowing forest floors and more difficult rocky sections. In addition to the mountain inn, the Oberkaser farm inn also offers a great place to stop for a break.
