It takes its name from the Cumignano Social Promotion Association "La Libellula" which received the space in concession from the Consorzio Incremento Irrigazioni Cremonesi. It includes the area around the Gorgo della Ghiacciaia, a widening of the Naviglio Nuovo Pallavicino just before it flows into the Naviglio Grande Pallavicino, with an adjoining waterfall. It is an area equipped with tables, chairs and benches in the shade of various plants. All the greenery is looked after by the members. There is also a non-drinking water fountain which can still be useful for cooling off. A very pleasant stop

Typical fountain in the Crema area not easily accessible. I approached it from the east and there is no clear access to the water. On the other bank you can see a staircase but it is not clear how to get there. It is always a beautiful sight from a naturalistic point of view
