The formerly independent parish of St. Servatius, with over 800 years of history, is one of the oldest in the diocese, as evidenced by its rare dedication to Bishop Servatius. The present church was built between 1860 and 1962, and its tower houses Emsdetten's oldest bells, dating from 1504 and 1696.

It was erected by the Wester Ladbergen shooting club and is dedicated to the deceased members of the Wester farming community.

The site consists of a boulder (memorial stone) and benches and serves as a rest area for hikers and cyclists.

This Marian chapel was erected in 1991 by the Westladbergen Citizens' Rifle Club. It stands on the Old Church Path, which runs parallel to Westladbergen Road (B 475), at the edge of a small wooded area, in whose clearing there is a large children's playground. The starting point for this project was the Citizens' Rifle Club's consideration of having a wayside shrine in Westladbergen as a memorial for fallen members of the military. However, their names are already listed on the war memorial at the cemetery entrance. In the end, it was decided to build a Marian chapel instead – also in remembrance of the fallen. The chapel has an octagonal roof clad in copper. It is open on the north side. The other sides are faced with red brick. The interior masonry consists of sand-lime brick. The plastered interior is painted a simple white. The underside of the roof, open towards the ridge, is clad with natural wood panels. On a pedestal set into the back wall stands a Madonna with the Christ Child in her arms. The statue is made of copper and was crafted in the Ickerott sculpture workshop in Greven. Inside and in front of the chapel, reddish-brown paving bricks are laid flush with the ground.
