Very pretty guest room with lots of hiking around! Magnificent garden and swimming pool! Meals prepared daily with selected products! In addition to everything, the owner is a mountain guide and organizes day hikes in the Vosges.

Here you have the opportunity to spend the night in a roulotte (shepherd's wagon/wooden caravan). Not exactly cheap but something different. Not here, but I've stayed in the same one on the Way of St. James in the interior of France. There is everything you need in a small space. 2 people including breakfast. 145€. Very nice garden where we ate delicious tarte salée or vegetarian burgers. We always enjoy coming here.

Tip for long-distance hikers: A bivouac is also possible in this hut in an emergency. In the hut there are normal beer table sets that can be set aside if necessary. The hut is very well maintained and should remain so. Recently they have even been decorated with geraniums. There is also a barbecue area, which should be used according to the rules.
