Beautiful waterfall style "Bridal Dress"

You can divide this path into different paths, but the entire path, ascending and descending over rocks and tree roots, is beautiful. You will be helped by stairs at the most difficult points. Sometimes just up a hill, sometimes to the edge with plenty of benches to muse on. But everywhere there are those beautiful snapshots of the reflective lake. You will feel a steep climb to a viewpoint in your calves, but then again the same beauty towards the Nasse de Berbret.

The Nisramont dam complex was built in 1958. The intention was actually to create a much larger lake with a dam at the Celtic site of Le Cheslé. Not coincidentally there, because as we will notice during the next stage on the Escapardenne Eislek Trail, the Ourthe is strongly incised here and it is therefore technically ideal to dam even further downstream from that deep incision. The storage capacity is expected to be up to 250 million m³. The current Nisramont dam was therefore built as a temporary project, but more than 50 years later it is still standing.

Here is a small hut overlooking the Ourthes.

This highlight is located on the spot with the work of art: "Avolare". The work is the result of the collaboration between Alexandre Rossignon and Daniel Steenhaut, better known under their pseudonyms: Norska et Sten.
