If you'd like to reach the viewpoint by bike, I recommend taking the path that runs parallel to the lake. The path perpendicular to the lake is not suitable for road bikes or regular bicycles.

At the end of the 70s the mineral extraction operations stopped and the water began to filter inside the quarry forming the lake. In fact, it is precisely the presence of the mineral that gives the intense colors of this place: the red of the clayey earth and the emerald green of the lake waters.
