This stage could be in the Amazon – green, greener, greenest… We didn't see any snakes or crocodiles, but the birdsong is unimaginable. Be careful, the trail is underwater in places during high water.

By taking this trail which follows the La Ronde River, you will cross valleys, forests and meadows. You can also enjoy the view of the Chasseral, the highest peak in the Jura chain.

The hiking tour has a height of approx. +- 50 m. The train goes over the mountain, which gives you altitude. Very pleasant to walk, 29 degrees that day, lots of forest, pleasantly cool. Light hiking boots and shorts.

This section of trail, along the Doubs and at the entrance to the Doubs gorges, offers you many magical viewpoints over the river and its environment.

Very nice ride through a narrow valley along the river La Ronde.

Stop, stop and hold still. This is so wonderfully possible here.

Here it is no longer a walk. The path is narrow, muddy, you cross two small streams, over a piece over a ladder and runs on the hillside past rocks.
