I can't say anything about the interior of the Pfeilburg, but it looks good from the outside. The "inside" will be covered later :)

The Pfeilburg Museum is located on Klostergasse, open from April to October. The interesting fortress trail begins here.

This offers a beautiful, expansive view. It's a good spot for photos.

Castle Neudau The original moated castle consists of the outer bailey with a mighty round tower, the gate wing and the south wing, the three-storey residential castle (closed four-wing building around an inner courtyard) and the east wing with the chapel and the entrance. The castle, first mentioned in 1371, dates in its present form from the late 19th century (in the style of the second baroque). Parts of the interior with remarkable ovens from the 17th and 18th centuries have been preserved. In the park there is a small theater building from the early 18th century. The owners of the castle were the Neubers, from 1500 the Polheim, 1571 - 1706 the Rottal family. Today's owner Franz Karl Kottulinsky. The castle is very well preserved. Neudau received its current facade about 130 years ago.

In the Pfeilburg, the oldest profane building in Fürstenfeld, the "Kruzitürken Museum" impressively depicts the eventful history of the border town of Fürstenfeld, from the former fortress town to the craft and trading town up to the first half of the 20th century. The special collections of citizens from Fürstenfeld convey additional attraction.

Rudersdorf Castle is a former manor farm with a single-story main building. It was built around 1750 by Count Emmerich Batthyány. Two corner towers were added in 1890. In 1920, the castle was acquired by the Sattler family, textile manufacturers. The castle also boasts a beautiful, shady park, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Within the park, you'll find various sculptures and impressive tree species, each with its own label.

I stopped by here on my tour. But it seems like a highlight. Do I have to explore more closely the next day.
