当時のツィーガースベルク荘園の所有者であったヤコブ・ジンガー博士は、古い城跡から約700m離れた場所に、1896年から1897年にかけてウィーンの建築家フランツ・シェーンターラー博士によって近代的な城を建設させました。

昔からの美しい城。状態は「最新」とは言えませんが、かつて貴族が集まっていた様子をうかがい知ることができます。 重要：正門からの通路は所有者によって禁止されています。門が開いていても、標識は一目瞭然です。近所の人たちとハイキング中に話しました。所有者はそれに非常に注意しているようです！解決策：城の左側には、並行して上がる道があります。城の建物の高さで、問題なく敷地に入って写真を撮ることができます。そこには門もなく、立ち入りを禁止する標識もありません。

Built in the 12th century by the "Ziegern", Ziegersberg Castle in Schlag near Zöbern could certainly tell many stories. It has been owned by the Brunner family since 1917. Today, Elisabetta Brunner runs the business with the help of her brother Massimiliano. The guest rooms have been newly renovated. The garden in front of the castle invites you to relax and unwind. Guests aged 16 and over are welcome in the castle.

The former moated castle in its current appearance was built in the 17th century. It was also the seat of Count Wurmbrand, who fell victim to a Feme murder. The castle has been privately owned by the Lentz family since 1939 and is not open to the public.
