Built as a fortress between the end of the 13th and the beginning of the 14th century by order of the Visconti family. Later modified into a noble residence. Very well preserved.

The Lagozzetta basin, once a marsh, preserves traces of an ancient prehistoric settlement with pile-dwelling structures. Among the archaeological finds that have emerged, weaving tools and paleobotanical remains stand out, testifying to the agricultural and forest life of the third millennium BC.

Not far from the major settlement of Lagozza, another prehistoric swamp was found in this area: the Lagozzetta. It is thought that the settlement here developed after that of Lagozza.

Probably built in 1387, the country oratory of Saints Cosma and Damiano is currently in Romanesque style and inside it is possible to find the remains of frescoes.
