Very nice excursion destination and a great swimming spot in summer🫵😉

Always a highlight, it's great that the ferry exists, without it some hikes would not be possible. So... please support and preserve 🤗

A fantastically beautiful lake that glows turquoise in many places. Clear water, lovely places to swim. I just wouldn't cycle along the shore path a second time.

The beach is very nice with natural shade and sand in the bathing area, also great for small children, as it is nice and flat and also supervised by the DLRG. There are also toilets and a small, friendly snack bar with reasonable prices. The route from the campsite to the Lichtenberg beach is quite difficult with a bike and children, as there are cobblestones and some really nice inclines. On the way back, however, we also cycled a few kilometers on the country road, which is also quite busy. Despite this, it was another beautiful day with wonderful moments.

Feldberger Lake District is really great for relaxation. There are e-bike charging stations in Feldberg.

The journey from Feldberg is tough, but also easy to do. The effort is worth it, the landscape is beautiful. The view of both lakes is brilliant, something you rarely find like this. Definitely worth it as a destination for a tour; stopping at the Old Customs House is a must. Simply recommended.

Beautiful, quiet swimming and picnic area in the area of the old brickworks.

The riverside path is best done with an MTB because of the many roots and young rocks; in the Hollerbusch area on the high bank you can also use the touring bike on the main paths.
