It's nice and quiet here by the lake. Ideal for a rest or a workout, because it's the 9th station on the Bad Steben health trail: 25 seconds are longer than you think if you're supposed to stand on one leg with your arms stretched upwards and your body tense. :)

The first section of the route is not necessarily suitable for inexperienced bikers but the rest of the route leads along easier paths that are manageable for everyone
