From the summit, there are sweeping views of the Leogang and Lofer Steinberge mountains and as far as the Wilder Kaiser – a tranquil spot for those who enjoy alpine expanse.

The Saaljoch, at 1,875 meters, is a scenic transition point on the ridge between the Hochsaal and Tristkogel peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps. This tranquil pass connects alpine grassy slopes with moss beds and small moors, giving hikers a sense of expansiveness, softness, and alpine originality. From here, the view sweeps far over the Glemmtal valley, and the pass is a picturesque spot for a quiet rest in the midst of nature.
