The South West Coast Path is a continual trail running 630 miles (1,014 km) from Poole to Minehead. This section passes beautiful Prussia Cove which has a nice sandy beach, rock pools and a few holiday cottages.

Be careful, it's slippery. There's no beach, but you can stand on the rocks in the sea. If you want, you can also do some daring climbing.

Also known as Perran Sands, Perranuthnoe Beach has toilets and a lovely cafe, The Cabin. It makes a great destination for a long coastal run from either Penzance to the west or Praa Sands in the east. It's popular with surfers and swimmers and is close to the village of Perranuthnoe from where you can catch a bus to Penzance if you would rather not run back.

Perranuthnoe Beach is a wide sandy beach close to the village of Perranuthnoe. The beach is also known as Perran Sands. There is a ramp to the beach suitable for wheelchairs. There are public toilets nearby.

Bessy's Cove is about half way between Perranuthnoe and Praa Sands on the south coast of Cornwall. The nearest car park is Prussia Cove (free but small), from there it is about a 10 minute walk to the cove.

A very nice sandy beach with enough waves for surfing. You can also eat/drink something there. A good destination for a day trip.
