A very good restaurant and hotel in the mountains with excellent Kyrgyz and international cuisine. The hotel has yurt-like rooms (boz üi) and huts in the forest (beshik). Supara with its locations in Kök-Jar set the trend of authentic Kyrgyz cuisine (as opposed to the Uighur cuisine with its lagmans etc.), and still there are not many places in Bishkek that focus on Kyrgyz kitchen.

4530 hm-up is a breathtaking panoramic view of the Tjan Shan Mountains, its glaciers and the capital Bishkek. The path leads through stony and steep terrain, actually easy orientation, there are many cairns as markers, from 4000 HM the air gets thinner, you should take many breaks and always drink sips.

You can camp here 🏕️, stay overnight in the hut, there is always warm food, something to drink and even WiFi. Of course you can drink the mountain water. For us Germans, the prices are ridiculous, you shouldn't expect great service either, with a little patience and friendliness you can get everything you need.
