Tucked away in the forest, you'll find this small observation tower not far from Gartov. From the small viewing platform, you can observe animals in the meadow, if you're lucky. For people who don't like spiders, it might not be so pleasant, as there are so many cobwebs in the tower. The place is quiet and you can relax here.

Also recommended at dusk. A flock of countless starlings landed in the reeds right in front of us. A great experience!

After a short hike (around Lake Gartower 🤔), you can enjoy delicious food and drinks here. Right on the lake. Parking is also easy.

Large, paved hiking parking lot in the forest, where you can still turn around even with large vehicles (mobile homes, etc.). Some large information boards provide interesting information about the game gate. No location, no toilet.

Rest area not “just” for horses. A refuge with a table and bench as well as an information board invite you to take a break. There is also a very old and large oak tree to admire.

A beautiful forester's lodge dating from 1830, which is therefore a listed building. It is particularly striking in the summer months thanks to its colorful garden. Under a chestnut tree, a large wooden bench seating area offers a pleasant place to rest. Nearby, you'll also find a very interesting wood carving!
