Perfect spot for a quick cool-down during a bike ride 🏊🏊

The public bathing area at the Seegarten grounds is located in the town center, opposite the school. There you'll find a children's playground with equipment for climbing, gymnastics, sliding, and running around for younger visitors. There's also a spacious barbecue hut, restrooms, and exercise equipment. Cyclists can also take advantage of a bicycle repair station in the parking lot in front of the bathing area.

On the northeast shore of Lake Bistensee, you'll find the cozy community bathing area with a bathing pontoon. There's a lawn, a shallow sandy beach, a playground, and restrooms—perfect for a relaxing break by the water. Hungry after a swim? Then treat yourself to something tasty on the "Lake Terrace" terrace—with a beautiful view of the lake. A miniature golf course awaits you next door. Parking is free, but the bathing area is unattended.

We have three places of worship: the church of St. Katharinen in Bünsdorf and the chapels in Borgstedt and Groß Wittensee. Our cemeteries are also located in all three places.
