The festival barn at Ulrichshusen Castle is a historically significant venue, converted from an old fieldstone barn (a huge farm building belonging to the estate). The acoustics of the old fieldstone barn, with its high ceilings and rustic character, are considered exceptionally good for chamber music, recitals, and small orchestral concerts.

The building itself likely dates from the 18th or 19th century (the exact year of construction is not explicitly documented in public records), when the Ulrichshusen estate was still fully used for agriculture. It is located among the farm buildings (horse stable, carriage house, barn, etc.) and is typical of the functional architecture of Mecklenburg manor houses.

The restaurant "Am Burggraben" opened in 2001 – along with the hotel in the castle. It is located in a converted historic building, officially described as the former Old Watermill (or sometimes as the former stables), directly on the historic castle moat/lake. The location is very picturesque: in the center of the complex, right on the water, with a large sun terrace and a direct view of the castle and the lake.

A visit to the church in Rambow is always worthwhile, but it's especially beautiful when the countless daisies are in bloom. 🌼🌼🌼

The inspector's house, one of the best-preserved buildings of the former estate, was built in 1756 and remodeled in 1908. The listed building still features original stucco ceilings and parts of the wood paneling.

The building was constructed around 1250, without a tower, using brick. The medieval roof structure over the nave has not survived, and instead there is an unusual early modern construction consisting of two unconnected substructures, built in 1665 and 1695, which reused usable timbers from the medieval predecessor roof structure.

Ice cellar of the manor house, which was built in 1847 on behalf of the Hamburg banker Gottlieb Jenisch according to a design by the Swiss architect Auguste de Meuron.

The manor house includes several outbuildings, an office building, an orangery, a pheasantry, a mausoleum and a stable with Villeroy & Boch tiles.
