The city wall was built in the 14th and 15th centuries and is still well preserved today. It contains medieval towers, gates, and watchtowers.

The Red Hospital was completed in 1851 in the neo-Romanesque style. It got its name from its red clinker bricks. The building houses apartments for elderly people cared for by the Pasewalk Evangelical Spiritual Foundation.

The building was constructed in 1897. Until the end of World War II, the site's elder, von Knobelsdorff, lived here. The building was named after him. Today, the building houses a hotel and restaurant.

World War I memorial for the fallen soldiers of the Queen's Cuirassier Regiment

It is a three-story brick building. Its architectural style is reminiscent of Berlin barracks from the Wilhelminian period. The building is structured by broad side projections, a central section flanked by round towers, and sparse architectural decoration are typical. The entrance hall has a neo-Gothic cross-ribbed vaulted ceiling. The barracks were used for military purposes until 1991. Then it was converted into the current district office.
