Zedtlitz Manor (Zedtlitz Castle). Information: First mentioned in 1191, dissolved in 1923 (a manor around 1600). The manor house, originally a moated castle, is now characterized by Baroque renovations.

Along the nature reserve you can spot many animals, e.g. cranes, Taurus cattle, goats or mules.

A great idea from the ADAC (German Automobile Club). Here you'll find an air pump and tools for minor repairs. According to the signage, there's even a bicycle breakdown service for members.

The mosaic path with the statues is located on the pilgrimage route between Zedtlitz and Borna, New Lake Challenge No. 5. The statues are lovingly crafted and are an eye-catcher along the way.

The Zedlitz Mill has a long history and was first documented in 1492. The idyllically situated property also includes the former mill owners' residence, an Art Nouveau villa. Our hotel opened in this historic building in 1996 after extensive restoration. In the watermill opposite, you can view the largely well-preserved technology of the old milling trade.

A very nice place to linger. The view is a dream.
