Great idea. You often find such stone pyramids on beaches with relatively large stones.

The Brückenbrunnen (Bridge Fountain) is located in the idyllic Fechenbach Valley near Collenberg in the Bavarian Spessart region – right next to the Fechenbach stream, which gave the valley its name. The fountain likely owes its name to a bridge that was once built at this location. Some even speculate that the vanished estate of Fechenbrunn was once located here – a piece of history nestled in nature.

The parish church of St. Stephen in the Collenberg district of Fechenbach was built in 1732 on the foundations of a previous church that had become too small. Inside, there are 15 sandstone Stations of the Cross epitaphs, each of which features a New Testament depiction of the Resurrection of Christ and, on the other, models from the Old Testament carved in relief. In addition, the church contains two gravestones of the local noblemen of Reigersberg and a Madonna from the 14th century.

At the crossroads, there's a small Marian grotto with benches. The grotto looks quite new and was probably built privately.

The Catholic village church in Fechenbach is dedicated to St. Stephen.

By the way, they're two piles of stones. There's something mystical about them. I always wonder who built them... Definitely worth seeing, since you don't see something this size very often. 😜
